BPE Business connections are offering a 15% discount on all rooms that are used for Conference or Training purposes on either Mondays or Fridays. This offer will run between the 1st of april and the 30th of june 2013. All rooms can be booked between the hours of 9am and 5pm and require a minimum booking of one hour. This offer excludes bank holidays and evening events.

Our meeting and conference rooms are priced at a fraction of the price of hotels. During this current financial climate we have to do what ever we can to save money. Many hotels charge per delegate, and these rates can vary between twenty and forty pounds per person. Our room rates range from £13.00 per hour for a room seating six, to £55 per hour for our conference suite that can seat eighty delegates theatre style (seated rows).

Lets suppose that a local hotel charges twenty pounds per delegate which seems to be the average rate charged at the present time. You want to hire a conference room that seats up to eighty delegates, this will cost you £1,600 not including vat.

Pens, pads, water, post-it notes were all provided for the delegates.
The computer was set up for me – my memory stick inserted and set up for me with the correct presentation – while I went to the car to get extra equipment.
Tea and coffee and biscuits were provided and topped up for the break.
Toilets were good and clean
The service was professional and friendly.
I would love to return there to train again.
In fact I asked for a price list as I organise pharmacist meetings and thought it would be a good venue to use.
